Day 16. Another milestone – for the first time since her surgery, Ruby grabbed one of her stuffed toys, the Christmas hedgehog and played. Yay!! Life is good – everybody play! I was getting on my own nerves listening 🙂 Also, I’m very new to this video thing and I’m sure this could have been edited or something . . . but just look at Ruby having fun on 3 legs – that’s what counts! Oh, you don’t sound half as annoying as I do on video. Not only do I do the babytalk but I do it in this voice that ends up sounding like a pre-pubescent boy. It ain’t pretty.

I love the tail action from both the dogs. They are happy and they know it so, you know how the song goes! Ruby is finding her new normal, and it’s a good one. That is something to celebrate.

Oh, goodness, we all do the baby talk thing! LOL
It is so great seeing all the incredible steps they take returning back to normal. Playing was one of the best for us. Hurray for Ruby!!!!
